HUAYUE® High Performance Cellular Glass is mainly made from glass powder, which makes cellular glass totally environmental friendly and recyclable. The whole production system includes raw material batching, glass melting, ball mill mixing, high temperature foaming, continuous cooling, and automatic finishing.

HUAYUE® High Performance Cellular Glass AFG120 is a rigid inorganic thermal insulating product, composed of uniform closed cells. It is made from pure glass and foaming agents, through high temperature foaming and annealing. It is characterized by lightweight, low thermal conductivity and high compressive strength, can be applied for pipe and equipment insulation, as well as tank bottom support and thermal isolation.
-Low density, low thermal conductivity but high compressive strength.
-No water absorption, no permeability.
-Low thermal expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability, no deformation, no crack.

HUAYUE® High Performance Cellular Glass is commonly applied in insulation projects such as: tank and tank base, pipeline, vessel, equipment, cryogenic ship, etc. for petroleum, chemical, refrigeration, underground projects, shipbuilding, national defense and residential construction industries. It can be applied in severe environment like: low & cryogenic / hot temperature, underground, outdoors, flammable, wet, and chemical etc.
(1) Carton packing or hot shrink bag, and/or palletized (wrapped with film), special packing is available on request.
(2) Brand: HUAYUE INSULATION or Authorized OEM.
(3) During shipment, keep cartons tightly closed, keep stacks upright to protect from collision. If necessary, reinforcement can be applied.
(4) Store in weatherproofing, dry and ventilated environment, no more than 6 layers stack is preferred.
(1) Cellular Glass is fragile, shall be handled gently, avoid rolling or collision.
(2) Fix cellular glass segments by stainless steel band when applied in pipe/equipment insulation.
(3) Cut it with saw during application.
